1. How can I get your offer sheet?

2. What is the minimum quantity order?
The minimum quantity order is 20’ foot container.
Different quantity per model, please check the website for quantity.
3. What is the production and delivery time?
Production is from 7 to 10 days, depending upon the high demand of our products.
4. What is the price of shipping of the container and can I use Jinling Forwarder Company to do my shipping?
Depending upon the port of delivery, prices vary. You may use our forwarder for your shipping needs.
5. May I order a sample before I order a container order?
Yes. If you can not buy our product in your local area we will ship a sample to you. You will be charged a sample price plus all related shipping costs. TNT or DHL will be used as the carriers.
6. May I mix my container order?
Yes. 2 models for 20’ container. 3 models for 40’ and 40’ HQ container.
7. Can I use my own logo and design on Jinling products?
Yes. OEM is welcomed. Depending on the job difficulty and quantity pricing varies.
8. May I visit your factory?
We always welcome customers to our factory. Nearest airport is YiWu. We will provide your ride from the airport to our factory. Before your trip please email us for further instructions.
9. Do you provide distributorship or sole agency?
Yes we do. There are many aspects to discuss before any agency is granted.
10. Will Jinling develop new models in 2010 and when?
We are currently developing 4 ATV models which the prototypes will finish in Sep. Production will begin early Aug. Please check back with our website for update pictures and information on our new models.
11. Do Jinling models confirm to any European and USA regulations?
Yes. We are now in the final stages of getting our ATV and mini chopper models in various engine displacements EEC approved for the European market. And now some models is the estimated time frame where we will acquire the necessary certificates.It is estimated for us to have EPA certificates for all our ATV models .
12. Can I import your ATV and Dirt Bikes into USA?
Please check back to our website regularly for more up to date information on EPA certification.
13. Can I use VIN numbers on my order?
Yes at no extra charge.
14. How do I transfer required funds for orders?

15. What kind of warranty does Jinling provide with their products?
We supply 3% free spare parts according to the quantity ordered and is included in the container.
Should you have problems due to part defect, please email us with pictures so as to see the problem. If we find the part is defective we will send the appropriate parts to you via Air Express. It is suggested to buy parts also so as to have stock for future customer service.
16. Why do Jinling prices differ from other manufacturers?
You know how the saying goes; “You get what you pay for” well the same is true for China.
Below is just a list why our Pocket Bikes are just a little more expensive than other manufacturers.
· Faring
We have 8 pieces fairing tool for one set.
Other 6 pieces.
Weight of our fairings is 100 grams.
Other 70 grams.
We use brand new material.
Other is used or of a lesser quality material.
· Frame
We do our own welds and frame production thus ensuring quality, weight of our frame is 11 kilograms.
Others is bought off from the local market and weighs 9 kilograms.
· Rim
The rims we use are machined.
Others use moulds thus having more imperfections and is easily broken.
· Tire
We buy and use high quality tires.
Others use lesser quality to save on price.
· Alloy Parts
We use machined parts.
Others use moulds thus resulting in lesser quality.
· Engine
We use real 49cc engines and are EPA approved.
Others use 47cc and are not EPA approved.
· Painting
We do 2 coats of paint and 1 clear coat.
Others use 1 coat.
· Decals
We use high quality Die-Cut decals and own the right of our designs.
Others use less expensive quality and are of generic design.
· Muffler
We use bigger pipes and of a better material quality.
Others use lesser quality.
· Packing
We were the first and continue to use whole foam packaging for superior protection.
Others use generic foam moulds thus resulting in less protection and prone to scratches and damages.
These are just some of the reasons why our prices differ from the rest. We pay attention to quality because we want your customers to become repeat customers.
